ChangeNOW is a non-custodial instant cryptocurrency exchange service that enables users to swap digital assets without creating an account or depositing funds into a hosted wallet. We act solely as an intermediary, facilitating exchanges between users and liquidity providers. ChangeNOW does not hold, store, or manage your cryptocurrency at any point during or after a transaction.

4. User Obligations

You agree to provide accurate information when initiating transactions and to ensure that all wallet addresses you supply are correct and under your control. You are solely responsible for verifying transaction details before confirming an exchange. ChangeNOW shall not be liable for losses resulting from incorrect wallet addresses or network selection errors.

5. Prohibited Activities

You may not use ChangeNOW for any unlawful purpose, including but not limited to money laundering, terrorist financing, fraud, or the exchange of funds derived from illegal activities. Any attempt to manipulate, exploit, or interfere with the platform's infrastructure, pricing mechanisms, or automated compliance systems is strictly prohibited and may result in the suspension of your transaction.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, and software associated with the ChangeNOW platform are the exclusive property of ChangeNOW and its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any part of the service without prior written consent.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ChangeNOW and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim related to the platform shall not exceed the fees collected by ChangeNOW for the specific transaction giving rise to the claim.

8. Disclaimers

The ChangeNOW platform is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the service, nor do we warrant that exchange rates will remain constant between the time a transaction is initiated and completed. Cryptocurrency markets are inherently volatile, and you acknowledge that price fluctuations may affect the outcome of your exchange.

9. Governing Law

These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which ChangeNOW is registered, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the applicable arbitration rules.

ChangeNOW reserves the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. Material changes will be communicated through the platform or via email. Your continued use of the service after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
